  16. I've got some questions regarding lightwave:

  18. 1. Is there a demo version available
  19.  
  20. 2. Who is the distributor for Europe/Germany
  21.  
  22. 3. How much is the Amiga standalone/Windows version approximately
  23.  
  24. 4. How good is the DXF-import (hierachies, huge databases etc.)
  25.  
  26. 5. Would you call it difficult to learn?
  27.    (I used to work a lot with Imagine, use now Real3d and Wavefront/Xplore
  28.     - the former TDI/Xplore)
  29.  
  30. 6. I ask because I will have to make an architectural animation
  31.    (photorealistic simulation) soon. I can get the data as 3D-DXF
  32.    from the architects, and have then to texture etc. - would you
  33.    recommend LW for such a task as a cheap and relatively fast
  34.    (compared to other Amiga/Windows/PMac software) solution?
